Okiri Mobile Account Deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your Okiri Mobile account and personal data here. Please fill out the form below—your request will be processed securely and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Data Retention Notice:
Some minor data (for example: Your email & name) will be held in our system for 3–6 months (fraud prevention & security). After that, they’ll be permanently purged.

Need ideas?

  • Forgotten login: When did you last access your account? (e.g. “Around March 2024”)
  • Privacy concerns: Which aspect concerned you most? (data sharing, emails, etc.)
  • Subscription issues: Please cancel any active Play subscription before requesting deletion.
  • No longer using: Have you moved to another service? Tell us which one.
  • Other feedback: All feedback is welcome and helps us improve.
